If you are paying to have us hire an ISI member to format your paper for you or if you choose to publish your paper with us without becoming a member, you can pay the fee here.
To pay, select your choice (pub fee or formatting fee) from the pull down menu, and click the Buy Now button. On the next screen, enter the PID of the paper for which you are paying a fee as the payment's Description.
We use PayPal to process credit cards. You can pay using your existing PayPal account or click "Don't Have a PayPal Account" to pay as a guest.
